At iStorm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium electronics. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your iStorm account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the device in its original manufacturer packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure your return is eligible for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to iStorm

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
